OUR HISTORY
Balboa Manufacturing is the proud home for the internationally-recognized brands of ZANheadgear®, Bobster® Eyewear and most recently, RAM®.  Established in 1994 with 24 popular styles of headwraps and 2 innovative styles of goggles,  ZANheadgear® and Bobster® Eyewear have  grown to become global leaders in the industry with over 600 headwear items and over 50 styles of eyewear currently available.  Introduced in 2002, RAM®  has already created over 100 watches and safety instruments  as a natural expansion of our product offerings that combine safety, innovation, and fashion.   As the current product-of-choice for motorcyclists,  our leading brands have  realized opportunities  in the safety, military and powersports industries and are now distributed in over 30 countries worldwide—all from our 35,000 square foot facility in San Diego.  At Balboa Manufacturing, we’re looking forward to providing world-class service and product to you soon.
