We only accept orders via our website. Emails are answered within one business day. We ship backordered items within one to two business days of their arrival at our Southern California
warehouse.

What is "Convertible" eyewear?
Convertible eyewear is eyewear that can be configured as a sunglass with or without foam or straps, or a goggle with foam around the eyes and a strap very quickly. All goggle straps are fully adjustable for comfort and retention. Our patented QRS technology allows for a faster, more secure change-out of ear temples or straps. Bobster® Convertibles are ideal for those who ride or play hard, and want to ensure that their eyewear remains securely in place.

What is "Interchangeable" eyewear?
Interchangeable eyewear is eyewear that allows users to tailor lens color for ambient light conditions. The eyewear comes with either three or four lens options packaged in one unit. Lenses are featured in smoked grey, amber or yellow, clear, and smoked reflective.



What kind of warranty does Bobster® offer?

Bobster® Eyewear products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects (as received from our manufacturing facility) for the lifetime of the eyewear. This warranty program applies to all parts of the Bobster® Eyewear product. In the unlikely event that any Bobster® Eyewear product is found to be defective as a result of original materials or construction, as the customer's sole and exclusive remedy, the defective Bobster® Eyewear product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bobster® with the same or similar item of equal value at no cost to the consumer.

How to obtain Warranty Repair:
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number and then return securely packaged eyewear along with a note containing your name, address, telephone number, email address and description of problem. We will repair or replace the item (at our discretion) within 2-3 weeks of receipt. Items will be returned by USPS or UPS.You are encouraged to return defective item(s) by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS), as Bobster® is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

The Bobster® warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, or dropped; scratched lenses; or any other damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. Replacement lenses and pieces can be purchased through Bobster.com or by calling 1-800-603-2662.

Prescription lenses are not covered by the Bobster® warranty.

This warranty extends to residents of the United States only. International customers should contact us at info@bobster.com for information on our closest international partner who may assist you in warranty repair.
Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.To the extent allowed by law, the sale and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as specified above.

How do I return or exchange Bobster® products?
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund if an RMA Authorization Number is requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Item must then be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. RMA Numbers are obtained by e-mailing info@bobster.com. Please include the order number and list items to be returned and reason. RMA Numbers will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of request.

Used products WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be new with all original packaging also in new condition.

Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited for amount of the item returned. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)

All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with Bobster®. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound. Returns should be sent attention: Bobster® Returns Department.

Where will I see my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are displayed in the final screen of the shopping cart before you submit your order.

How soon will my order ship?
In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days, provided the items are in stock. Usually, orders placed before noon (PST), on a business day are shipped that same day. For items that are backordered your confirmation will show the EXPECTED delivery date of the product to our Southern California warehouse. Please allow a few extra days from this delivery date for your order to be shipped out from our warehouse. Please contact us at info@bobster.com with questions.

Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse the instant your order is placed. Please make sure you include all items you wish to order before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, you will need to place a separate order if you desire additional items.

How will my order be shipped?
You will have the option to select a Shipping Method on the Shipping Form from our shipping partners. We ship by both DHL and UPS. DHL and UPS will NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. For RX orders to be delivered to a Post Office Box or APO address there may be additional shipping charges added to your order once it ships from our laboratory.

What if I select partial order shipment option?
If partial order shipment option is selected, additional shipping fees will be added to order total.

Foreign Orders/All NON - USA & Canada Destinations
We ship USPS Global Express Insured Mail. You are responsible for all customs fees due on items ordered. (If customs department of any country rejects your order for any reason, you are still responsible for all associated fees levied and required to return merchandise to our warehouse and 15% restock fee will apply. These fees will be charged to your credit card as a separate transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to receive any items ordered.)

*We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges to your order in the event our automatic system miscalculates ship charges.

What does CE stand for?

The European Commission refers to the CE Marking of products as a "passport" which can allow a manufacturer to freely circulate their products within the European marketplace. The marking applies only to products regulated by the European Commissions health, safety and environmental protection legislation (product directives) but this is estimated to include more than 50% of the goods currently exported from the U.S. to Europe. All other consumer products are subject to the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive 92/59/EC, which does not require the CE-mark.

The actual CE Marking is the letters "CE" which a manufacturer affixes to certain products for access to the European market (consisting of 18 countries and also referred to as the European Economic Area or EEA). The letters "CE' are an abbreviation of a French phrase "Conformite Europeene". The marking indicates that the manufacturer has conformed with all the obligations required by the legislation. Initially, the phrase was "CE Mark": however, "CE Marking" was legislated as its replacement in 1993.

Certain Bobster eyewear either meets or exceeds these standards.

No protective eyewear can completely protect the user from all impacts. This product does exceed the safety standard ANSI Z87.1+ requirements for impact resistance, but it WILL NOT protect against all impacts or chemical splashes. THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS PROVISION IS TO LIMIT SELLER'S LIABILITY HEREUNDER.
